Tower Homes announces new home community in Daphne, Patch Place
Offering homes that bridge the gap between mass-market and custom, Tower launches first neighborhood in Baldwin County
DAPHNE, Ala. (June 5, 2025) — Tower Homes, a Birmingham-based builder, announces the launch of its first new home community in Baldwin County: Patch Place. The company aims to offer well-designed, beautifully built homes that bridge the gap between mass-market builders and high-end custom homes—delivering a unique value proposition for Baldwin County homebuyers.
Following more than a year of building homes in existing neighborhoods across Fairhope, Montrose, Daphne and Spanish Fort, Tower Homes is now putting down roots with a full community located off County Road 13 and Parker Lane in Daphne.
Meeting Demand with a neighborhood that feels like home
Baldwin County continues to attract new residents seeking quality new construction in a desirable location. According to the Alabama Center for Real Estate (ACRE), home sales in the county have risen nearly 18% year-over-year, with a median sales price of $365,000.
Patch Place is Tower’s response to this growing demand, offering 64 homes starting in the low $400,000s. The neighborhood is tucked away from the main road for peace and tranquility, yet just minutes from shopping, dining, entertainment and top-rated schools.
“Patch Place is about creating a neighborhood that truly feels like home—one that fits seamlessly into Baldwin County’s character,” said Clint Johnston, president of Tower Homes. “We’ve thoughtfully designed this community with charm, functionality and quality in mind.”
Designed to reflect the Eastern Shore
Homes in Patch Place feature spacious lots, courtyard-entry garages on select plans, and a variety of Craftsman and modern farmhouse styles from Tower’s newly developed Legacy Collection—floor plans created specifically for this community and inspired by the charm of the Eastern Shore.
The neighborhood is designed for connection, with sidewalks throughout, a central playground and a layout that encourages community without feeling overwhelming.
“We have a passion for Baldwin County,” said Price Hightower, CEO and founder of Tower Homes. “For us, it’s not just about building a product. It’s about delivering homes that people truly love—homes they can personalize and feel excited to build their life in. We’re here to do one thing, and that’s deliver more. And that’s what we’re doing with Patch Place.”
Built for Baldwin County
Leading the charge locally are Director of Operations Wesley Rider and Project Manager Justin Lumpkin—two seasoned professionals with deep knowledge of the area who are committed to bringing Tower’s high-touch experience from Birmingham to the Gulf Coast.
Patch Place marks an important milestone in Tower Homes’ long-term commitment to Baldwin County, with additional developments already in the works.
