Do you go to court? Do you mediate? Do you arbitrate? What does your contract say and\, importantly\, why? In this session\, long time construction professional Tom Gotschall will help you understand the dispute resolution processes and\, for those who use arbitration clauses\, how to better understand the process. Alabama Specific\n\n\n\nPLANNING AND SCHEDULING FOR CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONALS \n\n1:00 pm - 4:00 pm (3 credit hours) with instructor: Tom Gotschall\n\nMany home builders and remodelers can build great projects and keep them on budget. Some could benefit from a better understanding of the fundamentals of planning and scheduling in an effective and visually attractive way.
