The 2022 Economic Housing Summit will provide an update on the economy and housing market in South Alabama. NAHB Chief Economist, Robert Dietz and Edsel Charles of Market Graphics, will provide a forecast for South Alabama’s booming real estate market, and highlight issues that affect this region including: supply chain, labor shortages, materials costs, and land availability. The summit will address current trends and timely topics in the new home industry, ranging from sales strategies, current headwinds for the industry and predictions for 2022.
