Professional Women in Building August (PWB) 
PRIVATE  MIXOLOGY EXPERIENCE
You are invited to attend a relaxed, social, and interactive mixology experience. This event is designed to feel elevated without being intimidating. You will learn approachable cocktail techniques you can create at home while making three full-size cocktails with very different flavor profiles. Throughout the class, you'll learn techniques for proper measuring, shaking, straining, muddling, dilution, balance, and presentation, with plenty of opportunities for you to participate, customize their drinks, and enjoy the experience together.

Espresso Martini
Rich, smooth, and elegant with a signature foamy finish.
Garnish: Coffee beans
You will learn proper measuring, vigorous shaking, texture, dilution, and presentation.

Dirty Martini
A classic savory cocktail that can be customized from lightly dirty to extra dirty.
Garnish: Green olives
You will learn the fundamentals of spirit-forward cocktails, dilution, balance, and the difference between shaking and stirring.

Cucumber Lime Martini
Fresh, crisp, and refreshing with cucumber and bright citrus.
Garnish: Cucumber slice, cucumber ribbon, or lime wheel
You will learn muddling, balancing sweet and tart flavors, shaking, and double straining.
 
This group is open to all BCHBA women members. You must be a builder, associate or affiliate member to join. Dues for PWB Council membership are $75 per year.
