Southern Living Custom Builder Program Selects Limitless Homes as Sole Member for Eastern Shore
DAPHNE, Ala. – Limitless Homes was recently selected as the exclusive member of the Southern Living Custom Builder Program, serving the Eastern Shore area. This honor is given to only one builder per territory and is awarded after an interview process and extensive review of the builder’s credentials.
“We’re thrilled to be a part of this program,” said Nate McMullin, president of Limitless Homes. “Not only is it an honor to be approached and selected for this group, but the resources and networking opportunities that come with it are absolutely invaluable as a custom home builder and for our clients.”
Limitless Homes was named as the program’s exclusive builder for the Eastern Shore area to include Spanish Fort, Daphne, Fairhope and Point Clear. Through membership, Limitless has privileged access to Southern Living House Plans, partner benefits with fellow vendor members, and more. One of the most rewarding benefits is the education and networking opportunities that come from the annual Southern Living Home Summit. This year, dozens of fellow builder members from across the southeast came together at The Grand Hotel in Point Clear, Ala., to share ideas, experiences, design trends and more at the 2025 summit.
“The credibility behind the Southern Living name is a huge part of what makes this membership so valuable,” said Chris Bailey, president of the On-Your-Lot Division for Limitless Homes. “It’s a competitive industry, and we want to do everything we can to set ourselves apart in the best ways possible. From customer service to how we work with our trade partners, it all makes a di]erence when you’re building a home for someone.”
Southern Living started the Custom Builder Program in 1993, and selects each homebuilder based on their commitment to great architecture and building homes in their communities that families will love for generations. According to the program website, only the finest custom homebuilders are invited to be a part of this one-of-a-kind program. Each member is reviewed based on their reputation among local building trade and consumers, strength in the marketplace, financial stability, and of course, customer service.
“This program is about connecting people who want their homes to have a distinctly Southern feel to builders who can provide them,” said Kristen Bryan, Executive Marketing Director, Homes. “Each builder is carefully evaluated based on their reputation within the building trade and among clients, marketplace strength, financial stability, and commitment to exceptional customer service. We selected Limitless Homes because we knew they would be able to bring high quality Southern homes to the Fairhope, Daphne, Point Clear and Spanish Fort communities.”
